Miriam is the author of Tattoos & Pearls and the host of the Latina Mic Drop podcast. She is a Certified Hudson Coach and a Forbes Coaches Council Member. She created leadership frameworks that help clients integrate identity, voice, and executive strategy, so they can be authentic and high-performing at the same time.
Her work centers BIPOC professionals and marginalized voices, with a strong focus on Latina and LGBTQ+ leaders. Her mission is to support one million POC professionals in reaching positions of influence. She also helps experts publish books that build credibility and expand impact.
